Follow the instructions given below and i believe you’ll be able to unbirck your device easily.

The very first step is to download ODIN from here.
Unzip the archive downloaded above on your desktop or whatever folder you feel comfortable with.
Now grab original rooted KD1 modem for Samsung Galaxy S 4G.
Remove the battery and take out the Sim Card and SD Card.
Once You are done with the step four, hold the Volume Up key on your phone and while holding volume button re-insert your phone’s battery.
Keep holding the volume button and now connect your phone via USB to your computer. This point is known as “Download Mode”.
Now after successfully achieving Download Mode, launch ODIN on your computer. ODIN will indicate a yellow com port confirming the presence of your phone.
You are requested to Uncheck all options other than Auto Reboot. Then Click on PDA tab and select KD1 Modem available on your desktop and press start.
Odin will flash all the required files on your phone and once done your phone will auto reboot.
